Nonprofit leadership & fundraising consulting

Steady leadership for a shifting fundraising landscape.

Art of Generosity partners with nonprofit organizations navigating change — guiding them through leadership transitions, evolving funding, and the hard conversations that keep a mission moving forward.

Serving nonprofits across the U.S. and around the world
The landscape has changed

Funding models are shifting and leadership is in flux. Last year's playbook isn't enough.

A leadership seat is open and the work can't pause while you run a months-long search.
Familiar funding is thinning and the strategy that carried you here no longer fits today's reality.
Tension is stalling the mission and unresolved conflict on the board or team is quietly costing you momentum.
How I help

Seasoned, hands-on support for nonprofits in transition, under pressure, or ready to grow.

How I work

Generosity is the strategy.

Real partnership, not a binder of recommendations left on your desk.

I start by listening

Before any plan, I learn your organization — its people, its funders, and the pressures you're actually under right now.

I build for execution

Strategy only counts when it moves money and people. I stay close to the work so plans become results, not shelfware.

I stay until it holds

Whether it's a transition, a campaign, or a hard conversation, I'm there until your organization is steady on its own footing.

About

Hi, I'm Robynn.

I'm a senior nonprofit executive and advisor with more than 30 years guiding boards, CEOs, and founders through growth and transition — work that has helped mission-driven organizations secure over $100M in philanthropic and institutional funding across five continents.

I hold a Master's in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution and an executive certificate in nonprofit management from Stanford. That blend is the whole point of Art of Generosity: a steady hand for a stalled campaign, an open leadership seat, or a hard conversation alike.

When a mission matters, the organization behind it deserves to be just as strong. That's the work I love.
